35. The Organization’s examinations deal with the skills a broker must have, according to the licence applied for or licence restrictions, those required of an agency executive officer or of a holder of a specialist’s title, in the latter case according to the title applied for.
In the case of a person who is qualified and authorized to engage in brokerage transactions described in section 3.1 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.2) in a province, state or territory for which an agreement on the mutual recognition of professional qualifications has been entered into by the Gouvernement du Québec and another government, the examination for the issue of a broker’s licence deals with the legislation and regulations connected with the activity of broker.
